Had a wonderful experience early this morning at the parts department. Came in urgently to replace my windshield wipers, since the ones I had in were replaced before at a non Honda location. Tried to replace just the inserts, but the whole things fell apart. At the parts department, Randall helped me. He came out and even helped me replace all windshield wipers. The entire time he was very nice and so very helpful. Of all days for the things to fall apart, they did on a snowy day. Luckily, Mr. Randall was a wonderful and bright experience to my day. Thank you, again, sir… I really appreciate your professionalism and your kindness.
